The best Chocolate cake recipe from scratch

Hello, Omoge fine lady, how are you? I want to share with you the best chocolate cake recipe from scratch. I have always liked the taste of chocolate even while growing up as a kid. My parents would buy lots of it for me especially on Sunday evening. I love to watch my favorite cartoons on Cartoon Network on such days.

'How I manage to like chocolate cake so much, is another side of the story. I had a friend back then in school that used to offer me cheap quality chocolate. I mean very cheap chocolate and I will refuse it because it was so very cheap like mini half trousers'.

'Do not get it twisted but love is a beautiful thing in the house of sympathy. Yesterday a friend of mine offered me a free ride to his house on broad daylight, I turned down the offer. The next thing was a resounding please hop into the car for some free chocolate cake dinner. Damn, this guy must be in need of something and that was the end of the story'.

Ever been in trouble and someone gives you three wraps of chocolate cake to calm your nerves down? 'It happened a long time ago on top of a mountain. The sky was bluish and sunny and I was on the top of the mountain and scared when someone walked right up to me. He brought out three beautiful wraps of chocolate cake and gave them to me. The cake was so delicious that I asked him how he managed to make it, what ingredients he used, and much more. I woke up and it was only a dream.

Till today, I have not been able to forget the kind gesture of love in my heart'.

Back to the main topic of the day, the ingredients for the chocolate cake recipe are;

1. About 400g of All-purpose flour or cake flour(cake flour is preferable to prevent dry or dense cake).

2. 300g of butter or oil.

3. Nine large eggs.

4. 250 to 300g of sugar.

5. About 2 teaspoons of baking powder.

6. About 150-170g of unsweetened cocoa powder.

7. Three glass cups of milk.

8. Two teaspoons of vanilla extract.

Materials:

1. Measuring and mixing bowls.

2. Mixer.

3. Oven: You can use either a gas or electric oven. I make use of a gas oven.

4. Egg whisk.

5. Baking pan; this comes in different sizes depending on the quantity you want.

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to about 180-degree Celcius.

2. Add your butter and sugar together and mix very well until it becomes fluffy and light.

3. Break all the eggs in a bowl and beat them with the egg whisk. When it is smooth, add to the butter and sugar and mix very well.

4. Add your vanilla flavor, unsweetened cocoa powder, milk, flour, and baking powder. Mix all together very well.

5. To prevent the cake from sticking to the pan, rub the baking pan with butter before pouring the mixture into it.

6. Place the cake and the pan in the preheated oven and allow to bake for about 40 to 50 minutes.

7. Check the cake by inserting a spoon or toothpick in the middle of the cake. If it comes out clean, you are through with baking it.

I like eating chocolate cake on the go. You can put it in the refrigerator to preserve it for future bites.
